About Me

Raised and rooted in Los Angeles, Nathalie Sánchez (she/her) is a visionary arts leader, social justice arts educator, interdisciplinary artist, and arts advocate. Nathalie firmly believes in the transformative power of culturally-relevant visual arts education, intentional community, authentic mentorship, and compassionate leadership. For over two decades, she has experience developing and leading visual arts, museum education, and professional development programming at artworxLA, Fowler Museum at UCLA, Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA), P.S. ARTS, Vincent Price Art Museum and many more.

Nathalie graduated with a B.A. in Art History and Studio Arts with an emphasis in education from Loyola Marymount University and received an M.F.A. in Public Practice from Otis College of Art and Design.
